There is no magic number. Group size affects the price per person and the type of quote, so we ask for an estimate and build around it.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
The earlier, the more seats on flights and rooms in hotels. For large groups, a few months before departure is a good window.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes. On escorted tours and packages, up to 6 interest-free installments.
Who collects the details and payments from the participants?
We do. Every participant registers and pays on their own registration page, and you get a clear overview.
