Privacy Policy

2. What data we collect

Data you give us. When you fill in the contact form on the Site: name, phone, email, the name of your organization or dance group (where relevant), and the free text you write. There is no legal duty to provide this data; it is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot get back to you.

Data collected automatically. Like any website, our servers log technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit) for operation and security. The Site currently uses essential cookies only (for example to remember your interface language). We may add measurement and marketing tools in the future (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel); if we do, we will show a cookie notice and non-essential cookies will run only after you consent.

WhatsApp. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens a conversation in the WhatsApp app (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. The content of your conversation with us is kept in our customer management system to provide the service.

The Site takes no payments and collects no payment details.

3. Why we use the data

• To get back to you, understand your request and prepare a suitable proposal.
• To manage our relationship and service over time, recorded in the Company's customer management system (CRM).
• To improve the Site and our service (aggregated statistics only).
• To send marketing (newsletter, offers, WhatsApp updates) only if you have explicitly agreed, as required by Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message or by contacting us.

We will not use the data for another purpose without telling you, and we do not sell your data.

4. Who receives the data

The data is stored in the Company's CRM (Art Travel Hub), hosted on Supabase cloud services, and in other operational tools: website hosting, email and documents (Google Workspace), our mailing platform (for those who opted in) and WhatsApp. Some providers store data on servers outside Israel (in the EU or the US). Transfers are made under the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, to providers bound to protect the data and use it only on our instructions.

Beyond that, we disclose data only where required by law or by order of a competent authority, or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not become a booking are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Data of customers who booked is kept as long as needed for the service, and afterwards as required by statutory record-keeping duties (for example 7 years under tax and bookkeeping law). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you may:

• Access the data we hold about you (Section 13 of the Law).
• Request correction or deletion of data that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (Section 14 of the Law).
• Request deletion of your details from our enquiries database, subject to statutory retention duties.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.

To exercise these rights write to art@artravel.co.il with "Privacy" in the subject line. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

7. Data security

We apply reasonable security measures in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need the data for their role, multi-factor authentication on our systems, and oversight of sub-processors. No system is completely immune, so we recommend not sending sensitive information that is not needed (for example passport scans) through the form.

8. Minors

The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. Enquiries about youth-group trips are received from adults (teachers, group managers, parents).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date will always be published on this page.

10. Terms of use

This Site is for information only: no bookings are made and no payments are taken here. Use of the Site is governed by the Terms of Use, which also set out who operates the Site, intellectual property rights and the governing law.
